Jim was born and raised in Columbia Center. He and his three brothers attended school in the one-room schoolhouse in the “Center” located on Jordanville Road. He and Nancy, his wife of 54 years, have lived in the town of Columbia for 55 years. Jim retired in 2016 but is still working part-time doing Comptroller work.
